Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every Meriya Beauty experience to feel confident and secure. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle refunds and returns:

1. Order delays: Refunds available if no tracking updates or orders exceed:

•    45 days (US)
•    60 days (international)
•    110 days (Brazil)

2. Damaged products: Full refund with photo/video evidence within 30 days of delivery

3. Wrong/missing items: Full refund with photo/video evidence

4. Order cancellation: Full refund if canceled before processing/shipping

Important notes: No refunds for delivered orders unless you have non-delivery certification from your postal service. All refund requests must be made within 90 days of payment.
